It was a great pleasure for me to coach and accompany the management team of the company CIIB (> 70 employees, product data management) on the topics of remote and hybrid work during two intensive days in Belgrade.
Under my guidance, the team of 8 (HR & account managers) thought about the following topics:
- Culture and values for distributed teams at CIIB
- Remote adaptation processes for CIIB
- Remote Mindset, Communication, Collaboration, Asynchronously Work, Documentation, Tools & Infrastructure, Virtual Meetings and Workations
- Remote & Agile Transformational Leadership
After the individual assessments (Myers-Briggs) and their classification (Build Your Ideal Remote Team), we jointly developed a Team Charter Canvas (Team Values, Expectations etc.).
Then we created specific CIIB guidelines for virtual teams (e.g. Best Virtual Teams Building Habits or Virtual Meetings – Do’s and Dont’s etc.) and finally opened the Remote Work Playbook CIIB as a wiki. In the future, the Remote Work Playbook will serve CIIB as a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and directory for all questions related to remote work onboarding, culture, processes, policy and transition.
I was very pleased about the great interest and the active participation of the management team and wish CIIB continued success in implementing its remote strategy!
