Colonies, the French market leader in co-living with currently two German locations in Berlin, announces the signing of the contract for a new residence in the heart of the Basel Trinational Eurodistrict. As part of the Constructa Group’s “Les Jetées” development on the banks of the Rhine in Hüningen, 200 units in the form of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and communal areas will be built on a total of more than 4800 square meters of living space.

Lorenz Ramseyer is a Remote Work Consultant and President of the Swiss Digital Nomads Association.
